Job Description The role primarily handles the end-to-end process of brand health tracking of Globe brands. This manager will ensure the delivery of accurate and timely actionable insights to the business. This manager should contribute to the overall culture of customer centricity in Globe..

The Tracking manager ensures that Globe has accurate primary data via brand health tracking.  This is the main source for brand health metrics and market sizing. Early data reads also preview mobile and broadband's possible market share performance. Will also handle B2B brand health research. 

The role requires expert proficiency in quantitative research. A good grasp of statistics and math.  A good understanding of the business is also necessary to be able to provide actionable data. The tracking manager helps in the development of the division’s annual plans and programs and most importantly contributes to the propagation of the culture of customer-centricity and sustainability at Globe through the insights generated
