Customer Intelligence Manager

Job Description The Customer Intelligence Manager (Insights Business Partner) acts as an internal consultant to the business and the primary point of contact for customer truths, fostering collaboration to drive informed decision-making and actionable strategies. This role requires skillful stakeholder management and end-to-end execution of research studies may involve various approaches such as surveys, focus group discussions, and other emerging methodologies.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stakeholder Management: Engage various stakeholders (including executives, leaders, etc.) and understand their  business challenges and opportunities, help them identify research objectives, provide data-driven solutions and strategic recommendations.

Data-Driven Storytelling: Leverage multiple data sources to create comprehensive narratives that simplify complex business issues into clear, actionable recommendations.

Business Growth Focus: Identify and unlock new business opportunities by crafting compelling stories from ad-hoc research projects using diverse methodologies.

Presentation of Research Findings: Communicate  complex data and insights in a clear, concise, and engaging manner through presentations, reports, ensuring that stakeholders understand the implications of the research findings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with other teams (customer data analytics, portfolio management, strategy, etc.) to gather comprehensive data and insights that drive strategic decisions, innovation, and enhance customer experiences.

Market Research Effectiveness: Accuracy, relevance, and the extent to which research findings lead to actionable recommendations and subsequent business actions

Market Research Time & Cost Efficiency: Ability to deliver high-quality insights and actionable data while minimizing the expenditure of time, money and other resources.

Data Accuracy and Reliability: The precision and reliability of the collected and analyzed data, ensuring that the information provided is trustworthy and valuable for strategic decisions

Research Design: Ability to design effective research programs, particularly for B2B requirements

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Background: 

Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Statistics, Business Economics, or other social sciences.

Work Experience & Level of Knowledge

At least 5 years of experience in market research, with a strong focus on client servicing and custom resear

Experience in both consumer and B2B research (qualitative and quantitative)
