Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of speech analytics analysts, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure team effectiveness and productivity. Review and assess speech analytics reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to quality standards. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead training and development initiatives for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in speech analytics. Drive continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of speech analytics operations. Serve as a subject matter expert in speech analytics, providing insights, recommendations, and thought leadership to stakeholders across the organization. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the speech analytics team.

Education         

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in speech analytics, data analysis, or a related field, preferably with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Proficiency in speech analytics tools such as Verint, NICE, or CallMiner.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.Ability to provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-quality workExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Experience in training and development, with a focus on building team capabilities and enhancing performance.Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in speech analytics.Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and driving continuous improvement."
