Customer Journey Expert - Universal II

In order to design new and continuously improve existing customer & employee experiences, the CJE coordinates with relevant internal and/or external stakeholders, ensures compliance with all underlying regulations and market changes, takes decisions based on relevant data using various techniques, and is ultimately responsible for business outcomes.

Customer Journey Expert in the Tribe Investments, more specifically in the Squad "Legal & Operational Processes & Projects" (or "Process Squad" for short), owning the following subdomain & inherent processes : Transaction Management (securities transfers, order management, settlements, reconciliation).

While this is the focus, activities will be expanded to other subdomains, such as e.g. Corporate Actions, thereby creating opportunities to learn & stretch, while ensuring alternateship in a mid-size Squad of highly qualified Domain Experts.
Most important internal stakeholders outside of the Tribe Investments BE are : CLT Investments, Tribe Investments NL, Topicus (supplier of our BE+NL Investments back-end "Europort"), the Segments, FM, Recon, Legal & Compliance etc.
