About the Role

Responsible for delivering sales/revenue through the acquisition and management of strategic partners, with a focus on broker networks and corporate partnerships. This role leads a team, oversees both new and existing partner relationships, and implements lead generation and customer acquisition models—including digital and on-ground initiatives—to support business development and sales goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Partner Acquisition & Management (30%):

Identify, recruit, and onboard new partner brokers and corporate partners.

Manage and grow relationships with existing brokers and partners to maximize engagement and performance.

Design and implement partner enablement programs, including training, incentives, and performance tracking.

Responsible for Lead Generation Initiatives (30%):

Conceptualize and execute lead generation campaigns in collaboration with partners, leveraging both digital platforms and on-ground activations.

Monitor and optimize lead generation performance, ensuring high-quality lead flow for turnover and conversion.

Responsible for Team Leadership & Strategy (15%):

Lead, mentor, and manage the Partnership Sales team to achieve individual and collective targets / KPIs

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for partnership growth aligned with company objectives.

Responsible for Managing Processes, Reporting & Insights (15%):

Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, risk and compliance, business quality) to ensure seamless partner integration and support, including documenting and implementing Sales and Operations processes

Track and report on partnership performance metrics, pipeline health, and revenue contribution.

Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Responsible for Cross-functional Collaboration (5%):

Collaborate with marketing, product, operations/digital transformation, etc teams to co-create value propositions and campaigns tailored to partner audiences. 

Represent the voice of the partner / customers in internal planning and product development discussions.

Support management of budget allocation and mitigate risks associated with marketing initiatives to ensure optimal resource utilization and project success (5%)

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by direct manager in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or channel management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven success in managing broker networks and acquiring new partners in a fast-paced environment.

Experience designing and executing lead generation initiatives with measurable results.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events as needed.
