Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a new Customer Leader to join our Sales team! As the Sam’s Club Customer leader on our Club Sales Team, you will lead the development and execution of planning at Sam’s Club to drive business growth, profit and share across our categories. We are looking for a passionate leader to maintain strong customer relationships across Sam’s Club and serve as the customer expert driving strategic thought leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The position is located in Bentonville, AR.

A Day in the Life...

Collaborates with Sales Strategy, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Operations, Demand Planning, and Business Insights to develop strategies and tactics that deliver the annual operating volume and profit plan.Leads sales team execution against business plan tactics (new items/packaging, distribution, promotion, shelving, pricing), scorecards result vs objectives, communicates competitive activity and customer/category business trends.Contributes to monthly volume review with Demand Planning and cross functional team, communicates progress vs plan, and proactively identifies gap closing opportunities to deliver plan.Penetrates customer’s key decision makers, understand their business model and key initiatives, and influences Ocean Spray organization to meet customer needs in a profitable manner for our grower-owners. Participates in monthly demand planning meetings, influences production quantity and timing, in order to maximize customer fill rates.Accountable for financial management, including trade budgets, consumer budgets, trade deductions, and any product returns

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in the food and beverage or CPG industryAbility to analyze trends and translate to a comprehensive story to drive strategyAwareness and communication of on-trend items in market, with the forward view to impact the categoryCreative thinking, innovative, driven and highly organized.Sam’s Club Madrid platform experience preferred
