Customer Lifecycle Business Analyst

As a Customer Lifecycle Business Analyst you will be responsible for deriving maximum business value out of our sales orders, shipments, and invoicing processes and systems through our Customer Service Center of Excellence team.  You will be responsible for strategic alignment across business units and driving globally standard business processes across the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver maximum benefits for customer experience and internal efficiencies through business process development and troubleshooting by the application of industry best processes and system features to maximize results. 

Supports initiatives with Vertical Business Unit stakeholder teams to build processes, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives that meet their strategic objectives for customer experience, business value and return on investment.

Screen intake of new ideas and tickets to scrutinize for scope and severity and work across all Vertical Business Units to establish relative priority and proposed global solutions to address the issue or idea. 

Facilitates conversations between the IT development group and business units for the evaluation, requirements, validation, and implementation of processes improvements, or configurations and customizations of existing systems or packages. 

Continuously enhance your own expertise in Customer Sales Order lifecycle processes and systems.  This includes processes and software package solution Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle ATG e-Commerce, Oracle Analytics Cloud Tools, and others. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor's degree and technical industry certifications or significant equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to sales orders, customer architecture, pricing setups, and associated workflow automation theories and concepts.

3 years relevant work experience. 

Expertise in Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle ATG e-Commerce, Oracle Analytics Cloud Tools, or similar Enterprise Business systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional experience in data extraction and analytics reporting tools, API automation, and customer portal data exchange is preferred.

Written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt between non-technical and technical audience

Demonstrate business critical analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong influential, collaboration, alignment, and organization skills
