The Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team in Corporate Investment Banking is looking for a Lead Business Execution Consultant to drive Product Management for the strategic onboarding platform, Onboarding-as-a-Service (OBaaS).
The CLMs key objectives include, assisting customers, expanding business opportunities and enhancing risk management The CLM program aims to achieve these goals by implementing new technologies, streamlining processes, simplifying requirements, and fostering collaboration across various business units.
The CLM product team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the technology platforms that enable the customer onboarding and product fulfillment business processes. This position will work within a team of product management specialists focused on prioritizing the backlog, developing user stories, leading a scrum team, and delivering new features/enhancements.

- Critical thinking to identify connections and areas for improvement
- Efficient management of subject matter experts (SMEs) and project contributors in a matrix-style environment.
In this role, you will:
Serve as a product owner and lead an agile scrum team.
Oversee all stages of product creation from concept to delivery.
Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs and document it into user stories.
Establish and maintain a product vision and roadmap.
Participating in agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospective).
Manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements and defects.
Recognize competing priorities, balance tradeoffs, and make strategic recommendations to leadership.
Conduct testing to ensure tool functionality addresses the underlying business need.
Conduct production validation,
Ensure plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
Have strong relationship management skills, with the ability to define an effective engagement model in a matrixed environment.
Develop creative innovative solutions to improve efficiencies.
Manage issues associated with project requirements, design conflicts and change management.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
In-depth knowledge of Markets, Relationship Management, CDD/KYC or Financial Crimes.
Experience with Onboarding-as-a-Service (OBaaS), Vantage View or Wholesale Customer and Account Onboarding (WCAO) platform.
Agile delivery experience.
Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives.
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
