Join us as **Customer Logistic Quality Manager** to cover all quality topics for production, co-packing, warehousing and distribution. **_Please note that this is fixed-term 1 year contract with potential opportunity to prolong._**
**What you’ll do:**
+ Responsible for quality in production, warehousing and distribution activity scope
+ Creation, assuring & following of quality standards and processes - perform quality controls & audits in the shop-floor, warehouse and distribution
+ Record audit results, manage statistics and report in KPIs following presentation on Quality meetings
+ Follow up corrective actions & propose improvement plans
+ Organize or perform special targeted controls ordered by external parties
+ Support of other departments on claims management and decrease level of claims
+ Attending industrialization test to assure quality level
**What you bring to BIC:**
+ 2+ years in quality (Quality controller / engineer / coordinator) in manufacturing company
+ High school graduate (maturita)
+ Language - Slovak & English (written / spoken)
+ Knowledge of quality management systems
+ Availability to travel - 3 days/month by plane & car
+ Computer skills - skilled in PC, strong in Excel
+ Good communication skills
+ Team approach
+ Ability to interact with all levels of the organization & create strong link within subcontractors and suppliers
+ Autonomy
+ Self-starter attitude
