Customer Logistics Coordinator

Scope and Purpose :- 

To assure Customer satisfaction related to product delivery on time/quantity/quality. To liaise between customer and plant logistics; bringing voice of the customer within plant. To manage and support customer logistics specialist regarding customer orders and delivery management (EDI-ASN, Customer Portals, ERP tools etc). To act as Brembo Plant Logistic interface with the Customer Logistics. To manage, coordinate and continually develop Order Handling, Administration & Logistics functional area, activities, and staff within functional area. To ensure management and coordination of all Brembo order handling procedures and Brembo shipping and logistics procedures. To provide support with Brembo sales forecasting and administration. To ensure management and coordination of sales and order financial information is correct, up to date and reported. To provide leading support and activity regarding accounts receivables and follow up.

Result area and main activities:-

Fulfills customer inquiries and documentation regarding order, deliveries, shipments;-Contributes to Demand Planning activities within S&OP process.                                                                                                         Monitors customer portfolio deviations in comparison toward S&OP demand;-Coordinates achievement of customer service metrics (service level/backlog), special transport minimization.                                                                                              Monitors the cumulative customer demand variation and accuracy highlighting critical cases.                                                                                                            Monitors service level as published/communicated by customer to implement/follow up improvement actions. Have overall responsibility for all aspects of Order Handling, Administration & Logistics functional area, activities, and staff within functional area. Responsibility for creating, coordinating, and managing all order handling procedures, e.g. stock availability and lead-time enquiries, order processing via AX system, order confirmations, invoicing, etc. Responsibility for creating, coordinating, and managing all shipping and logistics procedures, e.g. coordination with supplier, customers and forwarder regarding shipments, preparing and submitting bank documentation, etc. Responsibility for taking a leading representative role for Brembo towards customer meetings in local and oversea. Responsibility to undertake investigation and analysis regarding sales history and trends to support with Brembo sales forecasting and follow up. Responsibility for creating, coordinating, managing, and also monitoring sales and order financial information report procedures and reporting accordingly. Responsibility for liaising with Financial Department, following up and take action as necessary regarding accounts receivables, bringing matters to management attention as necessary.

 Qualifications :-

Bachelor’s degree or above in related filed. Experience of the automotive industry and logistics. Experience with international business activities. Good cross-cultural understanding. Good command in English, TOEIC score 700 points will be preferable. Good leadership, Self-motivated, driven, and self-confident with outgoing personality and active team member. Positive attitude and genuine willingness to contribute to organization. Able to travel on occasion both domestic and international.
