Customer Logistics Manager

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Are you an expert in logistics and supply chain management? Do you have a passion for efficiency and quality, and do you want to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Then we are looking for you as our new Customer Logistics Manager!

What will you do?

In this key role, you will ensure seamless in-market supply and distribution. You will guarantee that our products are delivered on time, in full, and with the highest quality. At the same time, you will focus on cost optimization and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities:

Reliability in delivery: Ensure timely and complete delivery of products with optimal quality and cost.

Distribution management: Oversee compliance with all regulations and quality standards to secure our “right to operate.”

Driving efficiency: Develop and monitor a cost-efficient distribution model and track KPIs.

Contract management: Optimize the performance of logistics service providers and suppliers through contract management and KPIs.

Data-driven decision-making: Leverage data analytics and technology to improve processes and gain valuable customer insights.

Collaboration: Align with regional teams to coordinate upstream replenishment and contribute to the overall supply chain strategy.

Project management: Lead innovative supply chain projects such as cold chain solutions or home delivery initiatives.

Risk management: Develop and maintain a local supply chain risk management plan.

Who are you?

You are a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who excels at building strong partnerships and creating value in the supply chain. Additionally, you have:

In-depth knowledge of distribution, including transportation, customs, regulations, and logistics (GXP).

Experience with supply chain planning and execution systems.

Strong business and logistics acumen combined with a hands-on approach.

The ability to utilize data and technology to enhance decision-making.

Excellent communication skills and the talent to connect diverse teams such as Business, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory.

A future-oriented mindset to design and implement innovative supply chain solutions.

Proficiency in English.
