The Customer Logistics Manager is responsible for the impact that the execution of the order to cash and distribution processes generates in the interaction with our customers. Therefore, on the one hand, he needs to be fully knowledgeable about the technical aspects of these processes, while maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders to understand the impact and value generated at the customer level.

The responsibilities for this role include:

The Customer Logistics Manager is accountable for ensuring the right to operate in the distribution and order to cash processes at the local market.

The Customer Logistics Manager is responsible for the overall replenishment coordination, distribution exception management, and order to cash execution and performance at the local market

Accountabilities on Performance Indicator

CDI & Write-offs, Distribution (OTIF), Inventory sales ratio KPIs per value stream,

Launch readiness (shared with the forecasting function)   

Service Level metrics and Time to execute returns

Cost to Serve and OpEx adherence to Budget, monitoring and analytics


Who you are

The person in this role is results and solution-oriented, has enterprise-thinking mindset. Fosters collaboration and cooperates with other functions

University studies completed and graduation from careers such as administration, engineering, and/or related fields 

Relevant experience working with supply chain planning and execution systems and processes, with a deep understanding of the distribution environment

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required
