Note: Customer Delivery (from Danone DC to Customer Centers) = FTC (Freight To Customer)
Manage Logistics (FTC: Freight To Customer) operationMaintain and update Customer Master Data Information for SAP and Customer ScoreboardManage and improve cost performance and quality for FTCPlan and execute Productivity Projects for cost savings and operation efficiencyDefine and develop Supply Chain Network to support and contribute company’s middle to long term goalsAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Main responsibilities:
Maintain / improve quality and reduce delivery costs for FTCCorporate and collaborate with 3PLs to achieve required objectives, such as quality improvements and cost reductionHandle delivery troubles, such as delay and damages, and conduct RCA(Root Cause Analysis) and develop Corrective Actions to mitigate recurrence for the futureAnalyze logistics costs and execute projects for improvement of TCTS (Total Cost To Serve) as well as cost reductionsLead / control logistics projects and manage stakeholders effectivelyHandle customer requests (internal / external) regarding customer deliveryProvide optimum / efficient logistics solution and attend customer meetings if and when necessaryManage and maintain Customer Master Data managed within SAP (Danone ERP)CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background
Education background:
University GraduateTechnical Skills and Experiences required:
Logistics (Transportation) management Experience in FMCG and Food Industry is preferableManagement of 3PL, such as Quality, Cost and Performance (KPI)Communication skills for supplier selection, negotiation and their performance improvementStakeholder management (internal / external) and negotiation with customers, suppliers. Project management in the area of supply chain and logisticsBusiness process development, optimization and decision makingPreferable Experiences:Food wholesaler and / or Food IndustrySales and/or Customer Account ManagementE2E commercial distribution management at Trading CompanyPhysical operation of warehouse and transportationData analytics and able to make decision, proposal and presentation based on logical and data thinkingIntermediate PC Skills (Excel, Word and Power point)TOIEC more than 650 pointsCompetencies to be successful on the job:
