Looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? Worcester Bosch is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Loyalty department. This internship provides real-world experience across key areas of our team, supporting both internal operations and customer-facing initiatives that drive engagement and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

Cross-Departmental Experience:
Gain valuable hands-on exposure to multiple functions within the Customer Loyalty team—including our consumer credit, admin, and business development areas—developing a strong understanding of how we support installers and improve the customer journey.

Customer-Facing Initiatives:
Support the delivery of engagement programmes such as our members panels and future-facing initiatives like apprentice support. Help bring these projects to life by assisting with planning, coordination, and follow-up activity.

Internal Projects & Tools:
Contribute to internal programmes that support the wider business—such as creating online training content, supporting the rollout of new systems and tools, and coordinating internal working groups. You’ll take ownership of meeting schedules, track actions, and help ensure projects stay on track.

Installer Interaction & Digital Tools Support:
Assist with the day-to-day running of our installer scheme, including showroom tracking, ordering, and induction follow-ups to support a smooth onboarding journey. You’ll also help manage installer engagement within our sales lead platforms and digital tools—supporting usage, resolving queries, and encouraging adoption.

Operational Surge Support:
Provide vital support during periods of high demand, helping the team manage seasonal and reactive workloads. This includes assisting with incoming queries via our phone and email systems, particularly within the admin team, to ensure continuity and timely customer support.

Reporting & Outcomes:
Support our consumer credit team with compliance reporting and track business development outcomes, support enrolment follow up and new sales and marketing tool rollouts, contributing to data accuracy and helping identify areas for improvement.

Collaborative Project Work:
Work with colleagues from across sales, marketing, and customer service to help deliver impactful projects that enhance installer satisfaction and overall brand performance. Including at internal and external sales events.

Contract Duration: 1 year

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
