As a team member for the 2nd line team, the main responsibilities and duties are the following, but not limited to: 

Analyse incoming questions coming from the 1st line support and handle complex requests that cannot answered by 1st lineAct as the main point of contact/SME of 1st line team for any questions related to functional design of the risk applications and risk calculations.Coordinate with the development and specialists’ team for any technical issues, complex cases, and improvement suggestions in the COOR Applications and services.Provide expertise to fill any knowledge gaps within the 1st line team.Create and publish FAQs in the knowledge baseCreate and publish ad-hoc communication for any updates on the COOR Applications and services
