About the Role

This position will need to plan and implement effective through-the-line marketing and advertising campaigns to promote AIA brand, customer-centric products, services and distribution channels. Help strengthening the brand of AIA in Hong Kong and Macau.
Act as a brand guardian to ensure marketing deliverables are in line with AIA corporate positioning and guidelines.

Build and Strengthen AIA Brand in Hong Kong and Macau

Plan and execute through-the-line marketing and advertising campaigns to sustain AIA as the no. 1 brand to Hong Kong and Macau customers and preferred brand to PRC visitors

Closely monitor competitors’ advertising activities and provide timely alert to all stakeholders

Manage media planning for overall HK market

Provide post-campaign report and monitoring

Lead and groom a subordinate on daily operations

Support Customer Communications for Other Departments

Support to plan and execute customer-centric marketing through key proposition and strategic segment campaigns

Review marketing and customer communication materials for all internal stakeholders of Hong Kong and Macau to ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines

Provide media planning and recommendations for all internal stakeholders of Hong Kong and Macau

Other Responsibilities

Support ad hoc projects, urgent tasks, and administrative supports

Accomplish projects/ initiatives in the prescribed timeline and budget, and with the pre-set standards, corporate guidelines, compliance requirement and management direction

Manage agencies including creative agency and media agency; other vendors including design houses, event companies, production houses and printers. Ensure their deliverables are of high-quality standard at good value

Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements

Job Requirement:

University graduate preferably in Marketing or Communications focuse

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Brand or Communication, preferably with advertising agency experience and marketing experience in financial institution

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Computer literate in MS office, Excel and Powerpoint

Multi-tasking

Positive, passionate, flexible, self-motivated, dynamic

Strategic, creative and able to think out of the box

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skill

Strong problem-solving skill      

You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
