The Mid-Market Customer Marketing Advisor is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring strategic marketing plans focused on growing revenue within Zebra’s mid-market customer and prospective audiences.  In order to achieve this, the marketing manager will drive demand through localized activities both offline and online, including events, account-based marketing programs, sales enablement content and tools, email, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will build and maintain a tight, collaborative alignment with sales teams, including territory sellers and inside sales representatives to support the entire customer buying journey from initial discovery through purchase decisioning and cross-sell opportunities. This role is instrumental in leading data-driven practices, customer segmentation, marketing automation, content strategy, and value-based customer messaging to ultimately drive sales and revenue for Zebra. This is a highly cross-functional management role requiring a business strategy and growth mindset in addition to strong knowledge of intent-based marketing, customer analytics, customer experience, and omnichannel marketing practices.

 

*Will work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) in either Lincolnshire or Chicago, IL.


Responsibilities:
Design and execute holistic GTM Strategy across marketing activities aligned with the yearly/quarterly strategic objectives.Collaborate with key marketing and sales teams to develop initiatives brand awareness, demand creation, events, ABM campaigns, and sales enablement tools.Act as day-to-day partner with both territory and inside sales leaders.Own mid-market content and campaign creation and regionalization to align with top sales priorities in territory.Leverage multiple marketing functions including sales, business intelligence, analytics, strategy, campaign marketing, and portfolio marketing, to support the achievement of the regional sales target.Manage marketing support for key, strategic, named and territory accounts across multiple routes to market - direct, partner, distribution, etc.Monitor indirect and direct marketing influence on revenue through marketing performance dashboards and analytic insights.Champion tools and tactics such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, intent data and advertising platforms, sales CRM, marketing automation, events, and audience segmentation.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience8+ years B2B marketing experience with some digital marketing experienceExperience as a strategic partner with a sales organizationMarketing performance measurement utilizing tools such as Power BI or similar analytics and visualization platformsTravel Requirements: Up to 25% travel for regional events and training, as neededAble to telework a hybrid work culture including 3 days in the office and 2 days home in Lincolnshire, IL or Chicago, ILNo relocation or sponsorship provided

Salary: USD 106800.00 - USD 160200.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
