THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel is looking for a Casino Marketing Associate to help execute our loyalty strategy and initiatives across the FanDuel products. You will play a key role supporting FanDuel customer journeys, and you will gain exposure specific to our Casino brand vertical, in addition to the product and engineering teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

 

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

Oversee end-to-end executional elements of Loyalty and CRM initiatives, including but not limited to, creation, campaign setup, deployment, and channel optimization. Contribute to QA efforts on all Loyalty and CRM channels to ensure accurate delivery and campaigns adhere to channel best practices. Act as main PoC for customer surveys via executing, gathering, and assisting on creating plans of action from qualitative feedback. Be the pivot between Loyalty team and Customer Service to resolve customer pain points and optimize processes. Own Loyalty briefing with core delivery stakeholders (Ops, Creative, Legal) including defining Promo objectives and needs, providing feedback, and tracking delivery. Become a systems expert, cultivating extensive knowledge of our marketing tech systems to aid in identifying process efficiencies and automation opportunities. Ideate merchandising and journey improvements to help provide first class CX. Become a SME of comms strategy, utilizing campaign data to inform planning and communicating actionable insights to marketing leaders. Help with integrating more personalized customer data across our marketing comms • Support team in day-to-day operational needs, including cost and performance reporting.

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

Bachelor's Degree required. 1-3 years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing, with experience creating and managing campaigns from start to finish. Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize. Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross functionally, a self-starter and a quick learner. Knowledge and experience of data and marketing functionality of at least one email service provider (experience with Braze and Movable Ink strongly preferred). Experience running and analyzing marketing campaigns, timelines and deployment in a robust business ● Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of Email Marketing metrics. Proficiency in manipulating data and performing calculations in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF statements, etc.). Understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus. Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others. Being a sports and gaming fan and having played FanDuel or competitive products is a plus ● Willing to work nontraditional hours, including weekends and evening shifts

 The applicable hourly range for this position is $30.77 - $38.46 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
