Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. **About the role** The Customer Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Reckitt Shopper Marketing Team and will require direct interaction with Shopper Marketing Managers, Vendors and Agency partners to ensure timely set up and payment to our vendors. **Your responsibilities** In this role you will... + Create, track, and manage Market Investment Orders (MIOs) in Allocadia and Purchase Orders (POs) in Ariba Financial tools. + Process Goods Receipts (GRs) for invoices in SAP, accurately and in a timely manner + Partner with Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure smooth invoice processing and issue resolution + Review, analyze, and scrub unused POs funds to optimize budget utilization and financial efficiency + Leverage Excel for financial reporting, data analysis, and process optimization + Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and financial records effectively + Ensure high attention to detail to minimize errors and improve financial accuracy + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow efficiency and support business operations **The experience we're looking for** + BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance + Minimum 1 year of AP/Data Entry experience + Prior experience working with Accounting/Finance software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar) a plus. + Proficient in Excel + Strong organizational skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills **The skills for success** **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
