Customer Marketing Lead

To support that challenge, the Marketing Team is currently seeking a Customer Marketing Lead. In this role you will be accountable for the development and implementation of customer targeted strategies, campaigns and tactics at the grower level in support of the business goals in Western Canada.  You will also be a key collaborator with Marketing, Commercial Sales and Key Account Management to drive offer development and customer engagement.

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract position that is covering a parental leave. This role can be based in Calgary, AB, Guelph, ON and we are open to remote work arrangements across Canada. Western Canada is preferred.

Duties:

Lead the campaign planning process to develop the objectives and strategies to achieve business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set direction to the Canadian Business to guide positioning, messaging and activities to help achieve the campaign goals.Understand grower needs and utilize customer segmentation to help deliver positive customer experience and engagement that enhances loyalty and brand adoption.Interpretation of market dynamics and market intelligence to develop deep understanding of the channel and competition.Work with the Program Lead, Digital Agriculture Commercial Lead and others for the development of programs and offers (broad and targeted).

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum B.Sc. in the Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing/Communications or related field5+ years of Strategic Sales and/or Customer Marketing experienceProven team and stakeholder engagement

Preferred:

Agriculture Experience highly preferred.
