Customer Marketing Manager

About the Role

The Customer Marketing Manager - Upsell will work cross functionally with our Customer Success and Demand Generation teams to design and deliver programs that support Arctic Wolf’s customer engagement, retention, and growth strategy. 

Location

Strongly preferred to be local to the Eden Prairie, MN headquarters

Responsibilities

Develop customer lifecycle campaigns program in partnership with the Demand Center, Campaigns Team, and Customer Success leadership to drive measurable growth in key areas of customer growth

Collaborate with Field, Channel, and other Customer Marketing counterparts to ensure alignment with upsell and cross-sell messaging at customer events, both in-person and virtual, as well as within the Arctic Wolf customer community

Segment customer audiences and target customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities via digital, advertising, email, social, and direct mail campaigns

Create plans to support customer adoption of Arctic Wolf solutions

Support a customer gifting and rewards strategy by partnering closely with Customer Success and the Demand Center

Oversee the development of a customer referral program in partnership with Demand Marketing and Sales

Who You Are

Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, asking questions, tracking down answers, and leading projects with minimal direction.

Proven experience planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns.

Strong relationship-building skills with attention to detail.

Exceptional writing, storytelling and presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications​

5+ years of relevant work experience, including customer-facing experience.

Proven experience communicating effectively across diverse teams in multiple departments, time zones, and functions with individual priorities.

Experience with audience segmentation and creating strategic, account-based, measurable marketing plans

Preferred Qualifications

SaaS, B2B and cybersecurity marketing experience a plus

Experience with Marketo, GainSight, and Salesforce preferred
