This medium to senior-level position is responsible for engaging with our sales team and customers to create impactful stories that illustrate how our technology solutions are being utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships. 

This position is focused on building relationships and delighting our customers through impactful stories, including referrals, testimonials, references, videos, to be published in several media channels; identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities; and increasing loyalty and retentions.
