As Customer Master Data Team Lead within our Order to Cash team, you’ll responsible of the creation/modification of customers, pricing conditions and contract agreements mainly in SAP/S4HANA, you’ll own the operational master data management such as master data creation and maintenance in the relevant systems. Supervise the team that delivers best in class service for customer master data management in line with SLA, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Main responsibilities:
Customer Master Data and data allowing process efficiencyCreate and update customer master data, customer hierarchy, customer assortment, business partners and set up of master data blocks on customersContract & Commercial conditions managementMaintenance (create or update) of approved Gross Price List in the system based on commercial policy template upon request from Trade or any other appointed responsible by upload record in the system according to standard price schemeCreate and maintain master request On and Off Invoice contracts including payment termsCreate Settlement Request for off-invoice contract and monitor the process of the credit note creationCreate and maintain transactional master data fields influencing the order processInspire and develop Customer Master Data analysts, team size is 8-12 FTE’sMonitor KPIs, analyze and identify deviation compared to agreed targetsAct as first line escalation support, address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely mannerManage stakeholders, both internal and external and cooperate closely with all the O2C team leaders and local contacts for transversal casesSupport Internal Controls, audits expectations, deliverablesDrive continuous improvement initiatives and automation for better efficiencyAbout you
