Job Description  As a Customer Migrations Representative, you will lead the seamless transition of customers to our client’s new platform. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing customer migrations while serving as the primary liaison between our client and their migrating customers. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, addressing customer needs efficiently, and providing ongoing support throughout the migration process. Responsibilities:  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers undergoing migration, representing the organization throughout the processAssess each customer's current setup to ensure a smooth and efficient migrationEngage customers according to established processes to initiate their transitionImplement and oversee the integration between legacy systems and the new platformValidate data accuracy post-integration to ensure a seamless transitionDeliver training sessions on the new platform and relevant applicationsProvide hands-on support to enhance the customer experience during migrationFacilitate a thorough handoff to the Customer Success team to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction Qualifications and Requirements:  At least 1 year of professional experience in a commercial or customer service role (B2B experience is preferred)Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitudeProficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey technical requirements and solutions   Benefits and Perks:        $23.00 – $25.50 per hour       Medical Benefits        Training & Growth Your New Organization: Join a highly respected organization located in Blair, NE, that values professional growth and teamwork. The Pay Rate range for this position is $23.00 – $25.50 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
