Customer Monetization Manager

Job Description The Customer Monetization Manager is responsible for developing and executing programs that drive incremental revenue from the existing customer base through upsell, cross-sell, usage stimulation, and other monetization levers. This role uses behavioral and value segmentation to craft offers and campaigns that increase ARPU, while ensuring alignment with overall lifecycle and commercial goals.

Focus Areas:
- Monetization of the base through upsell, cross-sell, and bundling strategies
- Drive product penetration and usage of value-added services
- Segment customers by value, behavior, or product usage to tailor monetization efforts
- Work closely with pricing, product, and channel teams to bring offers to life
- Monitor program performance and recommend data-driven adjustments

1. Strategy Development

Co-develops monetization strategy with Product, Pricing, and Analytics. Aligns offers with business revenue goals and CLM priorities.

2. Program Design & Ownership

Designs revenue-generating offers in consultation with Product, Pricing, Analytics, and Digital Growth teams. Ensures offer feasibility and integration across digital and retail.

3. Campaign Execution & Integration

Works with Digital and Channel teams to deploy monetization campaigns. Collaborates with Analytics to track performance and recommend real-time optimizations.

4. Lifecycle Calendar Governance

Aligns monetization offer rollouts with lifecycle events and other campaigns through joint planning with CBM and Digital Growth teams.

5. Insight & Data Utilization

Works with Analytics to identify revenue pockets using segmentation, usage patterns, and uptake rates. Co-develops dashboards to monitor performance.

6. Test & Learn Ownership

Designs offer and pricing tests in partnership with Pricing, Product, and Digital. Iterates based on insight reviews with CLM and Analytics.

7. Performance Tracking & Optimization

Tracks incremental revenue impact and campaign ROI. Works with Analytics and Digital to fine-tune campaigns in real time.

8. Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Focus

Focuses on growing ARPU and maximizing revenue yield per user in coordination with CLM and Financial Planning teams.

9. Team Leadership

Individual contributor; collaborates actively across Product, Analytics, Digital, and CLM.
