Customer Offering Manager

About the Role:

As the Customer Offering Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of customer offering and product management for both Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing.  This includes management of pricing, promotions, our product portfolio, roadmap plans and product lifecycles. You’ll be developing and executing customer offering strategies that improve our customer experience and deliver results for our business. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the market plan for the product portfolio, product lifecycles, launches and phase outs Drive and manage pricing, promotions and discounting Continuous monitoring of average selling price and margin performance Support management of relationships with hearing aid supplier manufacturers Project manage all stakeholders for delivery of product and pricing changes Develop new tools and processes to improve product, pricing & promotions planning and delivery Support product procurement forecasting processes Develop and manage and maintain all service offerings 

To be successful in this role, you'll 

Be degree-qualified, with proven experience in Product Management and Pricing expertise in a health, service or retail industry, or have experience in the audiology industry Be comprehensive in your understanding of customer needs and customer offering strategy Ideally be familiar with the audiology industry competitor landscape, hearing aid solutions and regulatory landscapes, but this is not essential if you’ve got the transferable skills from another industry
