Customer On/Off Boarding Tax Specialist

Position Summary/Objective
The Tax Transitions Lead serves as a liaison between the tax department, Service Readiness and new customers. As the “face” of Tax for our customers, you will be involved with the initial onboarding for tax. Task include review of reconciliations, tax set ups and will be offering audit explanations, regarding non- notice ticket items.  You will collaborate with other internal tax groups to assist our customers and will serve as an expert on OSV Tax Systems and procedures.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

Ensure channels of communication with all customers remain open to include email, CRM tickets, calls, onsite visitsPrioritize and schedule customer calls with appropriate partiesRespond timely and accurately to customer requests/escalationsBecome knowledgeable about each customer in your portfolio and their expectationsLiaison with the Customer Success team and other internal stakeholders to remain updated on the customer at the strategic levelUnderstand how payroll taxes will affect each customer in your portfolioServe as an expert on OSV Tax Systems and proceduresContribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

Qualifications and Experience

High School Diploma3-5 years of Customer service/ Tax and/or Payroll experienceWorking knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax rules and requirementsStrong analytical and research skills.Self -directed management of work and resultsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsExcellent time management skills

Preferred Skills

Associates degree or higher preferredPayroll outsourcing and/or Shared Services experience preferred
