We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Onboarding Assistant Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
Provide support to the client facing team for the onboarding of new clientsAid the business in terms of any ad-hoc KYC queries or ongoing project work Perform comprehensive KYC reviews on new and existing customers in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulatory guidelinesConduct customer due diligence (CDD) checks, including identity verification, beneficial ownership assessment and risk profilingCollaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Legal team, to gather necessary information and clarify any KYC related issuesEnsure accurate and complete documentation of KYC records, including maintaining customer files and updating relevant systemEnsuring that all day-to-day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory mannerFATCA, CRS – source and arrange to validate client tax documents when requiredParticipate in preparing operation manuals, UAT and ad hoc projects as assigned
