As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring seamless activation and satisfaction. Your role will involve technical setup, risk management, and collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee setup processes, technical implementation, and card activations. Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding. Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions. Maintain and enhance onboarding documentation and resources. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes. Skills & Experience: 1+ years in customer-facing roles like onboarding or IT support.
