Key Responsibilities (Operations Intern):
Use spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to collect and analyse data, such as revenue figures & customer information.Assist in managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and updating customer records.Generate reports and dashboards with the goal of providing insights and support in making data driven decisions.Support with identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement in dedicated department.Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for dedicated roles, providing actionable insights to the global teams and management.
