Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support with the accurate end-to-end resolution of post-sale customer requests. Each day, using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the {Customer Operation} team by reacting to customer inquiries.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.This role is contributing to the ELSB/ELSP customers and business partners of the Electrification Business Area in Italy. You will be mainly accountable for:• Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue • Monitoring the status of orders• Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation• Supporting the customer during Order Entry process• Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification• Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
Qualifications for the rolePossess an enhanced knowledge of Preferential knowledge of SAP, Sales Force and Excel. You are captivated by An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues. You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
