Job Description

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chatHandle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.Provide product/service information to customers.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Meet performance targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service.Customer Order Management

Job Requirements

Ophthalmic optics majors preferredPrevious experience in customer service or a related field preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).Ability to work well in a team environment.
