As a **Customer Order Specialist** , you will become a key member of Philips’ Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support sales and manage orders for Health System products for the French market. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world. **Your role:** + Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked. + Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers). + Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team. + Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order. + Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization + Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team. **You're the right fit if:** + You have minimum of 2 years of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations. + You are fluent in both French and English languages (at least B2 or higher). + Knowledge of SAP or ther ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage). + You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results . + You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
