This is a hybrid position that requires working in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while allowing remote work on Monday and Friday. What You’ll Do As a Customer Outreach Representative, you’ll be the voice of ConsumerAffairs, reaching out to real customers to collect authentic reviews about their experiences. You’ll have meaningful conversations, ensure quality storytelling, and play a key role in helping other consumers make informed decisions. What’s a day in the life? + Conduct engaging phone interviews with customers of ConsumerAffairs Accredited brands + Capture genuine feedback and ensure it meets our quality standards + Maintain a high level of professionalism while keeping conversations natural and engaging + Meet daily and weekly goals for completed reviews and calls (we love a good challenge!) + Keep detailed and accurate records for reporting and performance tracking + Crush your performance goals and unlock incentive opportunities!
