The Position

Customer Partner

The Customer Partner will be responsible for managing the entire Diagnostics portfolio, depending on the location of the identified candidate, within the Masovian, Łodź, or Silesian Voivodeship. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic business models to ensure Roche solutions are accessible and available to patients in this region. You will work closely with healthcare providers and partners to accelerate the adoption of diagnostics solutions through personalized, close-to-patient disease management. Your focus will be on sustaining innovation and capturing new opportunities specifically within the region, ensuring that Roche remains a trusted partner to healthcare professionals and patients alike.

The opportunity: 

Drive the promotion of Roche’s comprehensive solutions within the Public Hospital Market through strategic planning and execution across assigned sales channels within the region where the selected candidate is located

Build, maintain, and grow partnerships with existing key clients and partners while actively pursuing new opportunities to expand Roche's reach

Identify and address the needs of key customers, delivering Roche’s solutions to ensure high-quality diagnostics for patients.

Provide market, client, and partner insights to shape tactics and refine strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective business action plans

Regularly report accomplishments, challenges, and improvement proposals to your manager, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement.

Manage the Profit & Loss of your assigned sales channels, ensuring sustainable growth.


 

Who you are:

At least 3 years of experience working with public hospitals

Deep understanding of the healthcare system and its transformation in the region

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders

Proven ability to implement innovative solutions and openness to new ideas

Experience in contracting, CRM, tenders, procurement, and working with financial figures

Agile, self-managed, and highly integrity-driven

Able to think systemically, understanding the broader landscape of your assigned territory and sales channels

Comfortable working in cross-functional, cross-country teams, collaborating with external partners and stakeholders

Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
