About the Role

Join our Customer Analytics team as a pivotal player in bridging the digital and physical realms of customer engagement!
In this role, you will leverage analytical prowess to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviors and patterns. Your mission will be to analyse and craft strategies that engage customers at the most opportune moments. Your creativity will fuel actionable solutions that enhance our marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Bridge the gap between data and real-world customer engagement by integrating insights from both online and offline interactions. Develop strategies and recommendations to further captivate and involve customers, enhancing their journey across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with business owners to pinpoint opportunities, define data requirements, and address difficulties.

Develop and automate comprehensive reports and studies to monitor key business metrics. Engineer and scale data solutions to boost team efficiency and empower business owners with self-service capabilities.

Conduct analyses to resolve business queries and deliver actionable insights.

Employ data storytelling to weave together campaign, product, customer segment, and business performance narratives. Present findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Handle ad hoc requests, discern trends and business needs, and recommend sustainable solutions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Operations Research.

5 years of experience in business analytics or data science, with a proven track record of transforming large datasets into actionable insights.

A curious and highly motivated self-starter, adept at problem-solving and eager to acquire new analytical skills.

Passionate about connecting data-driven insights with real-world customer interactions.

Proficiency in SQL programming (mandatory).

Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, and Python is advantageous.

Prior experience in the insurance industry is beneficial but not essential.
