Purpose of the Position

To manage the effectiveness and efficiency of all the clients. To plan audit schedule and managing clientsTo assist the compliance & risk team and coordinate certificate issuance in line with BSI policies and procedures. To support the team to achieve the company objectivesTo work with Operations and provide support to the customer and BSI staff.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Improve communication & coordination with the clientsCoordinate technical review and issue the certificatesIssue the invoicesWork closely with other business teams to improve cross-functional processes

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

An academic qualification such as graduation/diploma/post-graduation.Full understanding and familiarity with BSI’s Reporting Requirements.Excellent communication & coordination skillsFamiliarity with basic MS Office packages including MS Word / Excel/ PowerPoint
