Job Title: Client Onboarding & Audit Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Mexico- Remote

BSI Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Onboarding & Audit Scheduling Coordinator to ensure the seamless delivery of our certification services. In this role, you will be the crucial link between Sales, Operations, Auditors, and Clients—managing client onboarding, contract verification, and end-to-end audit scheduling.
You will oversee client data management in SAP and Point Global, verify contract accuracy, and coordinate audit scheduling aligned with certification requirements. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, auditor utilization, compliance, and operational excellence.
In your day to day, you will be responsible for:Reviewing and verifying client contracts in Salesforce in collaboration with Sales teams.Managing complete client onboarding processes including data entry, certificate creation, and client portal access.
Scheduling initial, surveillance, and re-certification audits, ensuring auditor availability and certification compliance.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and scheduling, responding promptly to inquiries.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams—Sales, Operations, Legal, Technical Review, and Scheme Managers—to resolve issues.
Maintaining detailed records and tracking progress from audit assignment to completion.
Identifying and escalating risks or compliance issues and contributing to continuous process improvements.
To be successful in the role, you will have:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years experience in client coordination, scheduling, or operations in a client-facing environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams to meet deadlines.
Experience with contract management, client onboarding, and scheduling workflows.
Familiarity with certification processes, management systems, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001) is preferred.
Strong technical proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Strong problem-solving, customer service orientation, and relationship management skills.
