Key responsibilities:
Process Quality
Scrap and FTP KPI owner – follow-up and actionsEnsure that internal quality issues are resolved in a timely manner together with other teams in the plantImplement CAPA for internal quality issuesWork on continuous improvements by collecting and analyzing quality dataResponsible to ensure PFMEA is up to date with support from Manufacturing teamResponsible to lead MSA and Capability topics if process is changedCustomer Quality
Assure customer specific requirements are satisfied in the Business Management SystemUnderstand and ensure compliance with customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processesSupport and facilitate customer audits, be a contact point to customers.Assure that findings from these audits are answered according to demands.Leader of the Customer ClaimCustomer Incident KPI owner - follow-up and actions.Customer PPM KPI owner - follow-up and actions.8D answering time to customer KPI owner - follow-up and actions.Warranty KPI owner - follow-up and actions.Preparation and analyses before final negotiation of setting Technical Factors towards customersGive input regarding quality/warranty to new development projectsPPAP administration towards customersSupport Change Management with changes/deviationsEnsure that customer portals are updated accordingly and in a timely mannerProject

Degree in EngineeringTwo or more years of experience as Plant Quality Engineer and/or Customer Quality EngineerHands-on experience with statistical analysisIn-depth understanding of technical documentationGreat attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesGood analytical skillsExcellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodsAdditional certification in Quality Assurance (is a plus)Minitab user (is a plus)Outstanding communication skillsFluent in English and Turkish (mininmum B2)Knowledge in FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP and PPAP#LI-PP1
