Opportunity Overview
Major Responsibilities:
Account management and build up good relationship with customer. Understand customer needs as well as their production problems and provide prompt consulting. Follow up with customers and inter-department on technical issue tracking and case escalation. Provide Test Program Development and NPI support to customer. Provide on-site support as well as customer training, knowledge sharing & workshop presentation.
Technical Requirements:
Familiar with ATEs and production environment. Knowledge of troubleshooting process and skills. Knowledge of Load board schematics design and layout. Knowledge of IC test theory Device correlation and test program release experience. Driver and UI knowledge.All About You
Bachelor degree or above in IC design, electrical engineering, RF, electronic, communication, microwave; above 2 years working experience. Knowledge of VB, Windows NT, C, C++ Knowledge of Digital and Analog Fundamentals Experience of IC Design or ATE is Preferred Logical thinking Business Travel requirement Can work under pressure Eager to new challenge, hunger for new technology Strong English and Mandarin Communication Skills Strong Interpersonal Skills and Problem-Solving Skills Good at Teamwork Self-starter with positive and optimistic manner.
