Customer Profile Analysts are responsible for entering and auditing customer profile information with accuracy and correctness.

Responsibilities Setting up, deactivating, and maintaining Customer Profile InformationEntering discounts, accessorials, and fuel surcharge in Customer Profile InformationMaintaining and updating Customer Exception SheetAuditing and printing Customer Exception Sheet and sending to Account ManagersAssisting Account Managers and Customers with changes to Customer Profile InformationMaintaining Weekly Logs of completed Customer Profile InformationPromptly responding to all external and internal customer inquiries via phone or e-mail
