Customer Project Manager

As a Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily engineering tasks, monitoring and improving software programs, and increasing the efficiency of project implementation. Based in Denmark, this role involves supporting customers and Sales, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions.


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To design, develop, and test software programs to meet specific requirements. To create and review technical documentation, including specifications and test plans. To plan, execute, and monitor software development projects. To provide technical support to customers and sales teams. To continuously improve software development processes and methodologies.

You excel at analyzing and solving complex problems and enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously. You effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on expectations. You are adaptable, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

 

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong technical background in electronics, hydraulics, and control systems. Experience with real-time systems, embedded programming, and communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet). Proficiency in tools like MATLAB/Simulink, Java, and Linux. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Understanding of wind turbine operations and functionalities.


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Demonstrated capacity to succeed in a fast-paced setting necessitating multi-functional cooperation. Hands-on experience in commissioning and service investigations is highly valued.
