Job Description

As the Customer Project Manager supporting Radiology Product Deployment you will manage all aspects (budget, quality, forecasting, project team resources, etc.) of RIS/PACS/VNA/Cloud projects in an IT Healthcare environment.

Your role:

Plan projects through all the phases of lifecycle leveraging planning, project management tool, methodologies and effectively using allocated resources including financials. Defines project scope, plans, deliverables, milestones and governance oversight framework. Analyzes project data to identify delivery risks and recommends mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Manages change, measures and communicates project performance at periodic intervals to influence key stakeholders.Communicate effectively to all stakeholders and project team members in a consistent scheduled manner, adjusting level of detail and communication style by audience type for effective, transparent knowledge sharing. Able to translate technical issues or product-centric concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Manages the overall customer satisfaction by balancing scope, partnering with the customer, and scheduling decisions that are aligned with the customer’s objectives and what was purchased and forecasted. This includes guiding the customer on the change management journey from on-prem to Cloud and drive user acceptance.Delivers to the NAM Customer Delivery KPIs across the organization and customer projects through transparency, accountability, intervention, and timely escalation.Provides expert resolution of issues, coordinating and monitoring the integration of work; directs project team members and gives them operational guidance. Manages escalations and finding resolutions that meet customer and Philips’ objectives.


 

You're the right fit if:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business and a minimum 5 years of specific project or program management experience in an IT related industry. Healthcare IT experience is preferable.Proven track record of successful project delivery results. Experience working within the entire project life cycle and demonstrated success in working with customers, vendors, and leading cross-functional teamsStrong process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to qualityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organizations including the executive levelMust be willing to travel up to 30% anywhere in the United StatesYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a Field based role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,875 to $171,000.

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,500 to $180,000.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,125 to $189,000.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,600.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
