Mission
As part of a project team\:
· Manage project schedule from initiation to project closure, for simple to average project.
· Act as focal point of contact for the project manager and customer
· Coordinate project scheduling deliverables and exchange with stakeholders/customer.
· Share the project planning through the portal(s)
· Manage regular reporting to the Project Manager and Technical Leaders on produced/validated planning.

During Selling phase \:
· Join orientation meetings with key communication channels to be aligned on all project aspects
· Study and analyze provided project inputs
· Consult matter experts for ambiguous parts of the project
· Organize workshops with tender manager and each key stakeholder independently to concentrate on developing their scope in the schedule
· Organizing coordination meetings to integrate different perspectives of key stakeholders (including internal and external suppliers) and include dependencies among project packages in the schedule.
· Suggest different scheduling scenarios to optimize project workplan
· Perform quality checks on planning deliverables after completing them
· Assist tender manager in Project Risk Analysis
· Prepare Tender Schedule or Highlevel project plan. Revise it according to additional requirements."
Related to Initiate & Setup stage \:

· Suggest different scheduling scenarios to optimize project workplan
· Organize meetings with customer planner to know their requirements and present to them planning outputs after completing them
· Perform quality checks on planning deliverables after completing them
· Propose Schedule Management Plan
· Prepare Baseline Schedule
· Suggest progress report template to be submitted from suppliers and to customer and related process.
· Assist Project Manager in elaboration of the baseline resource plan"
Related to Monitor & Control stage \:
· Update Schedule and give foresight for project team for newly projected finish dates
· Analyze Updated Schedule, Oversee Schedule Dependencies among different project packages to alert project team on forecasted schedule risks or delays and insure nternal alignment among project key members
· Oversee subcontractors progress, analyzing their performance and insure they commit to their workplan
· Track and Highlight areas of delays in the schedule to assist corrective actions process
· Assist in preparing Progress Reports to be submitted to customer and SE top management
· Record project obstacles in progress reports to justify delays demonstrated in schedule
· Assist Project Manager in Project Risk Analysis.
· Propose and assist in making mitigation plans to avoid project delays and enhance project performance
· Assist in Extension Of Time Claims by drafting delay analysis reports through calculating the impact of delays on project schedule"
Related to Integrated Change Control stage \:
· Gather and provide element for Change Order with time impact analysis
· Assist project manager to update the project resource plan
· Manage baseline according to intial contract and change order signed and revise current schedule accordingly"
Related to Close stage \:
Assist Project Manager to update Lessons Learned Register from planning and scheduling perspective"
