In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Participate in onsite commissioning, workshop commissioning and service investigations. Lead and drive software projects from initial idea to final delivery. Develop and implement software for embedded real-time systems, specifically focusing on wind turbine control systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy software solutions tailored to customer and industry needs. Ensure the optimization of turbine performance through the development of control algorithms and system integration. Debug and troubleshoot issues in control software to ensure high reliability and efficiency. Contribute to documentation including requirements, design specifications, testing procedures, and user manuals.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Formal training and/or experience within electronics, electro technology or computer science as technician or engineer. Understanding of wind turbine operations and the challenges of designing software for complex, high-performance systems. Experience in C and C++ programming for embedded systems. Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and development for embedded platforms. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Availability for international travel.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Danish language proficiency. Knowledge of control theory and its application to wind turbine systems. Experience working in a matrix organization.
