POSITION OBJECTIVE
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on established requirements, solving issues arising from 0Km complaints and warranties, monitoring customer portals to validate scorecards, certifications, complaints, monetary charges, and specific requirements.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the main contact with customers (Stellantis, GM, Ford, Jaguar, Subaru).Maintain customer scorecards or applicable certifications.Daily monitoring of customer portals (Stellantis, GM, Ford, Jaguar, Subaru).Follow up on 0Km customer complaints (NCT, SPPS, QA, QR’s PRO, PRC) and warranties, responding promptly and in accordance with the customer's established problem-solving methodology and requirements.Lead problem-solving analysis for 0Km customer complaints and/or warranties with the multidisciplinary team.Manage customer visits to the BorgWarner Saltillo plant.Manage visits to customer plants when necessary.Follow up on costs generated by 0Km complaints, warranties, and containment actions at the customer plant and/or BorgWarner Saltillo plant.Dispute customer complaints or monetary charges arising from poor quality not attributable to BorgWarner Saltillo's manufacturing processes.Participate in customer audits.Update indicators for 0Km Customer Complaints, Warranties, and their associated costs.Involvement in new projects.Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement
