Customer Quality Analyst

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As a customer contact, responsible for FSVAP(FCE) product quality, change management, problem analysis, make report.

You will responsible to obtain precise information for quality improvement in cooperation with manufacturing process and R&D team by 
•    Recognize actual situation how to use our products through customer evaluation or market information to sustain and improve customer satisfaction. 
•    Fault analysis of suspected units with using FTA and/or other quality tools to define the root cause and implement counter measure
•    Cooperate with R&D and manufacturing to conduct analysis and soonest problem solving.
•    Warranty claim analysis to judge applicability and proper cost payment.

Global Key account center 
•    As a part of global team (China, Thai, Europe and North America), you need to support local site interims of analysis and communicate with customer.

Reporting to : Manager of Customer Experience, Service & Warranty
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

•    (Nice to have) Knowledge of ISO, IATF,8D Report.
•    Analytical, problem solving, information gathering skills are must.
•    Strong verbal and written communication ability both in Japanese and English
•    Adaptability to global setup with respect to diversity
•    Self motivated, collaborative, proactive and positive attitude
•    Entrepreneurship/Autonomy/Accountability

Qualifications  

•    Education Level Bachelor and above
•    English Business Level
•    Japanese Business Level

Experience:

•    Minimum 3 years working experience in quality for related industry. 
•    Minimum 1 year working experience as customer window
•    Extensive knowledge on semiconductors / electric components / module components and related technology, manufacturing cost, industry trend
•    Experience of FTA analysis, APQP, PPAP
