Your Role
Coordinate the receiving and in-time processing of quality complaints related to trade goodsFirst line contact to the customer related quality complaintsFollow-up of sorting, scrapping activities at customer and locallyPrepare, modify, submit and manage quality documentation related to PPAP informationAssistance preparing processes and documentations where quality activity is neededConnection within the organization for PPAP related issuesCooperate with other departments to ensure a smooth communication flowUpdate local trackers to reflect lates status of the PPAP packages and quality complaintsRegular check of customer portals to be up-to-date of customers’ supplier evaluation and communication issued via mentioned portalsIssue and manage all quality related documentsYour background
College or University Technical Degree is essentialNegotiable English language knowledgeGerman language knowledge is advantageKnowledge / Certification and/or work experience on AIAG PPAP and VDA2 requirementsKnowledge / Experience of the problem solving processes (8D / 5 Why analyses)Aptiv Rewards & Advantages
