What You'll DoBe a Problem-Solving Expert - Use RCCA tools to identify and fix root causes of quality issues.Lead Continuous Improvement Efforts – perform line side review and track performance using metrics, to improve processes.Be the Voice of the Customer - Act as the main advocate for customer quality requirements and satisfaction.Resolve Complex Issues identified by the Customer - Take charge of customer issues, driving solutions for challenging quality issues. Handle Nonconforming Materials - Manage all quality activities related to materials that don't meet standards, ensuring quick resolution and prevention of future issues.Lead PPAP activities - Drive key processes like Lessons Learned, PPAP, FAI, FMEA, CP to ensure flawless new project launch.Run Audits and Mentor Teams - Lead internal audits to ensure compliance, while mentoring teams to resolve findings and continuously improve.Track and Improve Quality Metrics - Monitor company and customer quality data, identify trends, and work with the team to drive measurable improvements.What will you Need:Experience That Counts: 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.Communication Pro: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbalTechnical Know-How: You can write technical reports, set standards, and interpret engineering specs, electrical schematics, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Time management : You know how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.Quality Guru: A solid understanding of quality standards like ISO9001 or IATF, AS9100.Problem-Solving Champion: You’re skilled in using tools and methodologies to solve problems and improve processes.Process Expert: Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FAI, SPC, and process capability concepts.
