Favourable employee mobile tariffs and other non-financial corporate benefits.   Your tasks will be: Acting as a main communication partner for the customer Management of action plans for customer quality concerns Management and tracking of all customer KPIs including setting and implementation of action plans Supporting and participating on P-FMEA Management of customer claims Preparing 8D reports Leading problem solving meetings Cooperating with APQP Engineers Tracking of PPAP in serial production and customer release evidence Active participation on change management (product & process)   Required skills: Hands-on experience in quality area Knowledge and practical experience with tools and methods as P-FMEA, PPAP and 8D Problem solving attitude and very good communication skills Driving license cat. B Good communication in English and Czech
